Family Promise provides homeless families with “shelter, food and comprehensive support services.” Family Promise partners with local churches to serve between 15 and 30 families each year. Guest families spend the day & night at the Network’s Day Center. Partner congregations host families from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and provide meals, child care assistance and supportive social interactions.
Family Promise also assists clients with health care needs; provides interview and work clothing; offers parenting, money management and emotional resiliency classes; and helps families with rental and utilities deposits, furniture, and the moving process. Family Promise continues to support families after they leave the Network.
Volunteer Opportunities: St Thomas is a partner congregation. Please call Tommie Kane 406-952-9488 to sign up! Please visit Family Promise of Yellowstone County for more information.

The campaign in 2018 is September 27- November 4. St Thomas is pre-committed to vigil Thursdays 6 am to 6 pm. Please call to sign up or if you are unable to pray outside the clinic consider fasting and prayer at home during these days.
